Dr. Aleida Murcia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the CEO of Vida Plena Therapeutic Services. She holds a Doctorate in Social Work from Barry University, a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. With more than ten years of experience in child welfare, clinical therapy, and higher education, Dr. Murcia specializes in providing culturally responsive, holistic, and evidence-based care.
She is dedicated to making mental health services accessible to the Latino community and empowering individuals and families to achieve emotional well-being.

Andrea Montenegro is a Licensed Early Childhood Educator with a specialization in Early Childhood Development and more than 12 years of experience supporting children and families in their learning and developmental journeys. Her mission is to guide parents and caregivers by providing practical and effective tools to strengthen parenting with love, respect, and empathy.
Passionate about reading and continuous learning, Andrea believes in the importance of family life grounded in values such as respect, tolerance, empathy, and integrity, foundations that help build stronger, happier families.
