CEO & Clinical Director
Dr. Aleida Murcia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the CEO of Vida Plena Therapeutic Services. She holds a Doctorate in Social Work from Barry University, a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. With more than ten years of experience in child welfare, clinical therapy, and higher education, Dr. Murcia specializes in providing culturally responsive, holistic, and evidence-based care.
She is dedicated to making mental health services accessible to the Latino community and empowering individuals and families to achieve emotional well-being.

Administrative Assistant
Oscar Esquivel is the Administrative Assistant at Vida Plena Therapeutic Services, where he helps create a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first interaction. With a warm and attentive approach, Oscar assists clients with scheduling, general questions, paperwork, payments, and other administrative needs. He understands that reaching out for support can be an important step, and he is committed to making the process feel comfortable, organized, and accessible. Oscar is available to assist clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their experience with Vida Plena.
